How it works
Three steps. Under 15 minutes.
Skip the courthouse, the bank, and the UPS Store. City Notary connects Florida residents to licensed remote online notaries for the city forms they actually need to file.
Find your form
Pick your city and the document you need to notarize. We keep an indexed copy of every form a city accepts so you don't have to dig through a county website.
City Notary maintains a curated catalogue of notarizable forms for each Florida city we serve — affidavits of residency, owner-builder affidavits, building permit declarations, and more. Each form has its own dedicated page explaining what it's for, who needs it, and why a notary is required.
Drop your email
Enter your email and your full legal name as it appears on your ID. We hand you off to a Rush Notary session — no separate signup, no app to download.
We partner with Rush Notary to handle the live notarization itself. Once you submit, you'll get a session link by email. Click it whenever you're ready — sessions start in under five minutes during business hours.
Meet your notary
A licensed Florida online notary joins you on video, verifies your ID, witnesses your signature, and applies their seal. You get the notarized PDF by email.
Florida law allows remote online notarization for most documents (Florida Statute 117.201–117.305). The session is recorded and stored per state requirements. You'll have a downloadable, court-acceptable PDF in your inbox before you log off.
