City Notary is a privately owned U.S.-based notary platform. Our service fees cover document preparation and connecting you with a commissioned notary public. Notarization itself is performed by the commissioned notary, who is solely responsible for the notarial act. Per-seal fees are set by state statute and collected by the notary. All users must meet statutory identification requirements at the time of the session.
